The hardware used to assemble them makes it a little difficult to get them to stack without wobbling or jostling around. I don't really care much for how well they nest together. No big deal for me, as I intend to wrap them in order to help silence them a bit. The finish on the sticks was marred a bit and had a few scratches from transit. According to the package label, they weigh in at 2.8 pounds each, but I'm thinking that this number may not have included the straps and buckles when they weighed them, as they seem to be just slightly heavier than that with the straps attached. The weight seems to be manageable although I haven't had the opportunity to put them on a scale yet to verify the weight. The sticks seem to be very solid construction.
